Day 01 Airport – Dambulla

Travel time: Approximately 2 hours 20 mts | Travel Distance: 133 km

Transfer to Dambulla Hotel
Dambulla city includes the largest and best preserved cave temple complex of Sri Lanka, and the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium is famous for being built in just 167 days. The city also boasts to have the largest rose quartz mountain range in South Asia, and the Iron wood forest, or Namal Uyana.
In the evening you can enjoy your leisure time.

Day 02 – Dambulla – Sigiriya – Minneriya – Dambulla

Travel time: Approximately 1 hour 50 mts | Travel Distance: 116 km
Get the Breakfast at the hotel, and then transfer to the Sigiriya.
Sigiriya originally called Sihagiri (Remembrance Rock) and later dubbed as Sigiriya (Lion Rock), the rock mass is actually the hardened monitories by numerous hand-hewn additions and modifications die rock may have been inhabited in prehistoric times. Whatever exact purposes Sigiriya may have served in the UNESCO declared Sigiriya a World Heritage Site in 1982.
In the evening we transfer to Minneriya national Park.
Minneriya National Park has plenty of scrub and light forest in its 8890 hectares to provide shelter for its toque macaques, sambar deer leopards and elephants to name a few. The dry season from June to September, is the best time to visit. By then, water in the tank has dried up, exposing grasses and shoots to grazing animals; elephants, which number up to 150, come to feed and bathe; and flocks of birds, such as little cormorants and painted storks, fish in the shallow waters.

Day 03 – Dambulla – Matale – Kandy

Travel time: Approximately 1 hour 10mts | Travel Distance: 73 km
Get the Breakfast at the hotel, and then transfer to Kandy
On the way you can visit Spice gardens
There are many spice gardens along the road between Dambulla Kandy roads. You can expect the various treats on a tour of the gardens include milk less cocoa tea sweetened with vanilla and banana, and various creams and potions claimed to make hair shine or cure flatulence. And you can do free face massage.
Then we reach Kandy.
Kandy – a lovely exotic city, the Hill Capital and last stronghold of the Sinhala Kings is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which retains an aura of grandeur, time has not affected. You have to chance to visit Gem museum and Wooden Mask factory.
In the evening you can enjoy your leisure time, OR visit Cultural Show. – Cultural Show is the best chance to get some idea of Sri Lankan dancing. You can see Kandian dancing, fire dancing and many more….

Day 04 – Kandy – Peradeniya – Nuwara Eliya

Travel time: Approximately 1 hour 10mts | Travel Distance: 75 km
You can get the breakfast at the hotel and transfer to visit the Temple of the tooth (Dalada Maligawa) .
Temple of the tooth (Dalada Maligawa) in Kandy is the most venerated place of worship for Buddhists throughout the world.
Peradeniya botanical Garden noted for its rich and varied collections of tropical woody plants. Occupying 59 hectares (146 acres), it has about 4,000 species of plants. The most important specimens of the garden include palms, some of which are planted in impressive avenues. There are significant collections of orchids, gymnosperms, and flowering trees.
Then we transfer to Nuwara Eliya
On the way you have a chance to visit Tea factory. You can get an idea about tea processing and drink a cup of Tea.
Nuwara Eliya is a mountain station at 1,868 m (6,128 ft) of altitude, in a splendid landscape. The city pretends to be particularly well-kept and neat, and the green grass always gives to the locality an aspect of “colonial British style”.

Day 05 – Nuwara Eliya – Bentota
