conditioned bedrooms, four en-suite
bathrooms, and an open style living area
all complemented by a mix of modern and
traditional furnishings maintained by a
professional staff. Poya Villa offers a

beautiful swimming beach and a
modern/traditional Sri Lankan home
environment. Poya Villa's clean and
fresh urban décor is tastefully accented
with Sri Lanka contemporary and antique
furniture.
Two air-conditioned Master Suites,
located one above the other present a
spacious bedroom with polished concrete
heather grey floors, a white four poster
king-size bed draped in light netting,
one spacious antique mahogany armoire,
and sitting area.
Each Master Suite features a balcony or
terrace affording seafront views. Each
Master Suite has the en-suite bathroom
fashioned in glossy white tile and
charcoal grey granite floors, well-lit
jackwood vanity tables complete with
wall mirrors, washbasins, wall mounted
toilet bowls and raindrop showers.
Two more bedrooms are equipped with
individual air-conditioners, each
features polished concrete heather grey
floors and sufficient cupboard space.
French doors open onto the veranda deck
area and a separate door in the
children's bedroom provides direct
access to the living room as well as to
the lower master suite. The beachfront
bedroom has another set of french doors
opening up onto its own private deck
area.
The children's bedroom is furnished with
two sets of white painted jackwood bunk
beds, single+ mattresses (allowing four
children to sleep comfortably). The
beachfront bedroom offers a king-size
bed, together with a small antique table
and butterfly leather chair, bedside
tables and lotus lamps. En-suite
bathrooms are similar to the bathrooms
in the master suites.
